Attention Customers Whose Homes Were Damaged by the Recent Tornadoes in Illinois, NW Indiana and SW Michigan

The Comcast logo

Our hearts go out to all of those who are suffering as a result of the storms that struck in Illinois, Indiana and elsewhere last weekend. In an effort to help customers who lost their homes or whose homes are uninhabitable due to the storms, in the short term, Comcast is waiving late and early termination fees when applicable and will not terminate accounts if impacted customers are late making payments. Further, we will not charge impacted customers for equipment lost or damaged due to the storms.

We have created a specially designated team to work with customers on a one-on-one basis to identify solutions appropriate for them and apply credits if they lost service as a result of the storms. We ask that those who need our assistance call Comcast Customer Care at 1-800-COMCAST as soon as they can.

We want to remind customers that our free tablet and smartphone apps give them 24/7 mobile access to their Xfinity services and can help them stay in touch with their families and manage their affairs during these trying times. Customers can make and receive calls from their home phone numbers, text at no additional charge and check their email using the Xfinity Connect app, and their families can stream, download and watch live TV via the Xfinity TV Go app.
