Comcast recruiting for sales positions at new Naperville store and other Chicago-area retail locations
May 3, 2021 – Comcast announced plans to open a new Xfinity Store in late summer in Naperville, at 2727 West 75th St. in the Springbrook Prairie Pavilion shopping center. The 4,800-square-foot store will be designed entirely around the needs of customers, providing them with the opportunity to explore, learn about and interact directly with Xfinity’s products and services, ranging from the company’s mobile phone service, Xfinity Mobile, high-speed Internet and cable TV, to its home security and automation platform, Xfinity Home. The store also features iPads and other mobile devices visitors can use to test Xfinity’s mobile apps, which include:
- Xfinity Stream, which allows customers to watch live TV anywhere at home over WiFi, watch more than 200 live channels outside their home, stream thousands of On Demand choices on-the-go and download movies and TV shows;
- Xfinity Hotspots, which allows customers to search for the network’s more than 20 million hotspots across the country and nearly 1.9 million in the region;
- Xfinity, which allows high-speed Internet customers to personalize and control their home WiFi experience; and
- My Account, which allows customers to view their bills, make payments, troubleshoot service issues and more.
“The store will give Naperville customers the chance to experience our products and services firsthand,” said John Crowley, Comcast’s Greater Chicago Region senior vice president. “Our employees are trained experts and can demonstrate all of their features, as well as troubleshoot service issues.”
Along with product and service demos, customers can pay bills, pick up and return equipment and get assistance from trained, knowledgeable technology and service consultants.
“I’m pleased to welcome the Xfinity Store to Naperville,” said Mayor Steve Chirico. “Comcast has been a great partner to our City for many years, and Naperville is one of the largest and most retail-rich suburbs in the Chicago area. Comcast’s Xfinity Store will add to the mix and attract even more shoppers to the area.”
The store will be open Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. For more information about Xfinity products, services and retail stores, call 1-(800)-XFINITY or visit www.xfinity.com.
