Comcast honored to be among recipients
July 23, 2021 – Eighteen suburban companies and business organizations have been selected as honorees of the inaugural Diversity in Business Awards (Diversity Awards). Daily Herald Business Ledger’s Diversity in Business Awards recognition will honor businesses that have shown exceptional commitment to promoting practices that advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace, in business leadership and who bolster equality across all areas of diversity; including age, disability, gender, sexual orientation, race and religion.
“Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) are among our core values and central to all aspects of our business – from our workplace environment to the video content we provide our customers to our decade-long efforts to close the digital divide and promote digital equity,” said John Crowley, Comcast’s Greater Chicago Region Senior Vice President. “Comcast is proud to share this honor with so many esteemed organizations doing business in Chicago’s suburbs.”
The awards will be presented virtually via livestream, to register, visit: dhbusinessledger.com or by using this live link: 2021 Diversity in Business Awards Event Registration.
