Melvin resident to oversee field and fulfillment operations for Comcast’s Greater Chicago Region
July 12, 2023 –Melody Brucker was named Vice President of Operations for Comcast’s Greater Chicago Region, which includes Illinois, Northern Indiana and Southwest Michigan. In her new role, Brucker oversees field and fulfillment operations in the region and is responsible for implementing process improvements designed to help the company deliver an even better employee and customer experience.
Brucker, who began her career with Comcast in 1996, has served in a wide range of positions within the company. Most recently, she served as Senior Director of Technical Operations for the region.
Brucker received her Bachelor of Science degree in General Studies from Fort Hayes State University in Hays, KS. She and her family live in Melvin, IL.
